Beverly:

Hi, I am Beverly. I am in the Adult Fitness group at the Cardiovascular Center, North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, Colorado.

I started with the Adult Fitness Program when I had a heart attack back in 2007. I went first into a rehab program here in the cardiovascular center and then decided to go into the Adult Fitness group, along with my husband. He joined me to give me moral support. So both of us have come to this Adult Fitness group now since 2007.

My husband and I come in three times a week, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning. We have benefited greatly from this program, both of us. I have built up stamina and strength. Bob has done so as well and he is also diabetic so that all helps, and he has high blood pressure, as I did, so that all benefits from coming into the cardiovascular center and doing the exercise that we do.
