Exercise May Potentially Prevent Muscle Loss

The loss of muscle mass and function comes with aging. This condition is called sarcopenia, which is a serious degenerative condition that generally begins during the fourth decade of life. A decrease in physical activity, protein synthesis and hormone levels appear to contribute to this condition. Frailty increases the chance for falls and fractures.

I have noticed on all your slides, you are missing one last "secret" or tip. If you say 6 secrets, there should be 6 - not 5. If you say 10, let there be 10 - not 9.
