Phoenix Mercury strength and training coach Ben Hadley shares three tips to achieve tone arms.

Ben Hadley:
So how do you get your arms in shape? Here’s three exercises that you can do to tone the arms. The first one is going to be an arm curl, the second one we are going to do is a bent over triceps extension, and the last one is just going to be a shoulder press.

The first one, the arm curl, Candice is going to grab the weight. She is going to hold it to her side. She can either alternately curl the weight or she can curl at the same time. The objective is to maintain a straight neutral spine, elbows down to the side.

The second exercise we are going to do is a bent over triceps kickback. What Candice is going to do is she is going to bend forward with the butt out, elbows nice and high and she is just going to extend the arms straight back.

The third exercise we are going to do is going to be a shoulder press. You can do these single armed or you can do them double armed. We are going to start single arm. Again, the back is going to be straight. Go ahead and press straight up, bring it right straight back down nice, slow and controlled. And those are the three exercises for sexy arms.
