For anyone who has experienced thrombus anywhere in the body, especially deep vein thrombosis in the legs and pulmonary embolism in the lungs, is on anticoagulation (blood thinning) therapy for a clotting disorder or because of an acute episode of clot, and to share advice regarding life on anticoagulants such as Coumadin (Warfarin), Heparin, or Lovenox and using non-medicinal therapies such as support stockings, elevation, and movement.
