Severe throat pain, that radiates up through the head, sometimes the cheeks, ear pain and a feeling like having balls in your throat, ulcers of the throat burnt from hydrochoric acid spray/gas hitting the tender tissues of the throat. Sometimes people are diagnoised as having allergies or post nasal drip that causes irritation. Other people develope pneumonia from the acid of the stomach getting in the lungs.
