Hi jayjays,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Am sure you are very excited to know if you are.  Here are some of the pregnancy symptoms. Implantation bleeding can be one of the earliest pregnancy symptoms. About 6-12 days after conception, a missed period, Swollen or tender breasts, Feeling fatigued or more tired, frequent urination, nausea. Everyone body is different. But the best way to be sure, is to wait until your period is due and take a pregnancy test. Wish you the Best!
