LADIES THIS ONE'S 4U:

Women who eat fish regularly may have a lower risk of developing age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Harvard researchers analyzed the diets of more than 38,000 women. Eye health was tracked over a decade, during which time more than 200 women developed AMD. They found women who consumed the greatest amount of one or both omega-3 fatty acids had nearly a 40% lower risk of developing AMD. Specifically, women who ate the most fish had a 42% lower risk of developing the eye condition.
The study was funded partly by the U.S. National Institutes of Health, and appears online in the "Archives of Ophthalmology."

I agree with the point that people who eat fish take long time to develop rinkles......In Malawi we have a lake which provides alot of different types of fish and many people who stays along that lake look health and even those people who are 30years of age along that area looks younger than their age if you see them you may just think they are in their early 20s....and its not common to see people who suffers from sight problems....So its really good to eat fish Ladies..
