My will is weak and mexican food rocks

I'm trying to diet and eat more naturally. I don't know how to say no to food and what path to actually take to start a more healthy life. I'm the heaviest i've ever been in my life and I want to have a baby soon but I want to be healthy before I do this. I buy healthy food but I waste a lot and I just feel like a failure.
Any tips or tricks or even a pep talk?
