Losing 8lbs The EmpowerHer Way / Sept 23/11
Today is Friday and another week has gone by I have been doing well. I have been trying hard to figure out how to eat better with out feeling low energy at times.I am not eating after 6pm but doing my best to eat properly and treating myself with certain cravings that I love. I am reading more because when I watch TV my mind starts to wander towards thinking of snacking it up Yikes, I am also menopausal and trying to lose that belly fat. I will be weighing in next week and doing sit ups. I am now walking 4x a day.
