I am truly inspired by this man. At the age of 25, he is the first Paralympian to compete in ANY Olympics. It was in controversy at first about whether he would be allowed to compete at all but on Saturday he raced in the 400m. Despite the fact he didn't make it through to the finals, he proved to so many people that if you want something bad enough, you can obtain it. He is an example that the only disability in life is a bad attitude. What moved me further was the image of first place winner Kirani James swapping name tags with Pistorius at the end of the race to acknowledge his achievements.
