A 30-day challenge
Sometimes all we need is a little motivation and accountability to either ignite or rekindle that fire within us to keep moving and push a little harder towards our health goals. I thought it might be interesting to ask our lovely group here - to take part in some 30-day challenge. Suggestions include:
Challenge myself to:
1) walk for 30 minutes EVERY day for 30 days
2) Run EVERY day for 3 miles for 30 days

4) 30-day bikram yoga challenge
5) Eat 5 servings of fruits/veggies per day for 30 days
