Hello ladies, after a rather indulgent summer, I embarked on a weight loss endeavor. Although I don't have much weight to lose (10lbs) I feel as though I have plateau-ed.

What exercises have you found to be the best at getting over the hump? Currently I power walk with weights and do hot yoga.
