Constipation can be a major blockage when healing pelvic pain. Starting your day off with oatmeal with berries and monitoring your water intake is a great start when addressing the dietary component to constipation.

Chia seeds! Love these little guys! I put them in my water bottle so I can multitask my fiber and water intake. The texture isn't for everyone, but if you like bubble tea or tapioca you may want to give it a shot!

Often there is shame and embarrassment around pelvic floor dysfunction and people think they will never get better. I'd like to see this group inspire those who are struggling and be a platform for people to share success stories. Thank you for your interest!
