Drinking lemon and Limes, Lemonade for 3 days.

I was drinking lemon and limes with 1000ml of water for 3 days through out the day for cleansing today is my last day and I feel energized and refreshed my stomach feels lighter and is not bloated. I ate light veggies and brown rice, chicken, fruit,like pink grapefruit and 1/2 banana for potassuim for breakfast with cereal.I went for long walks in the morning but the issue was for me in the hot weather was being naseated so I tried this drink which helped me but then I thought I really wasn't eating much either because of the heat so in the long run it worked out ok,is there other drinks that are as refreshing and healthy as lemonade drink please check in and let me know,hot weather is a bother to me as I walk my dog or just sit in the park as my dog is uncomfortable in the heat so anyone else who is looking for refreshing drinks in this weather let us know it would be great to hear from you.

I agree that drinks (especially water) but also Gatorade that replenish nutrients, and other refreshing drinks like lemonade (that's real and fresh, or low sugar shop bought) are great to drink.

I play competitive tennis (outdoors) and for my last game, the temp was 99 degrees. Pretty dangerous but I had suncreen, dark glasses (can't do a hat, unfortunately, they are too distracting for me!) and drank about 80+ oz of water at very regular intervals and got through it. It's also good to eat lightly on competition days - things like salad, like you said and lean protein and well as bananas that are great for helping muscles get through really hard matches.

And yep, heat does diminish appetite - I need to move somewhere permanently warm!
