I'm not near the stage yet but I know she's a comin' at some stage! Based on the women in my family, I'm about 15 years away from menopause but one never knows.
I wonder how old other women were when menopause began and what were the first signs that this part of life had begun?

I was 48 when breast cancer threw me into menopause and because of the type of breast cancer I had to stay in menopause.
July 31, 2010 - 11:04amSo when menopause hit it was full symptoms all at once not like natural menopause with gradual systems over time. I was not menopausal before the breast cancer so it was not really on my immediate radar!
