I started running about 6 years ago to lose weight and now I'm getting ready to run my first half marathon. What made you start or makes you want to start running?
I've recently gone through a fitness 'hit' and went to the gym every day over the Christmas break, I'd gotten to the point where I was able to jog comfortably on the treadmill and was feeling fit again, I'm not doing this for weight-loss, more weight 'prevention'.
Since I've started at University I've got little time for exercise, having only gone for one jog in about 3 months! It was alot more difficult! What are some motivators you use to get you out there and not deciding to stay at home and pig out after a long day at Uni?
