What kind of romantic partnership do you have? How does it work?

By HERWriter Guide October 5, 2010 - 9:51am

Are you more of a traditional couple? Mom stays home - Dad works? Or is it the reverse? Or are kids in the picture at all?

Do you both work? How is 'life' divvied up - defined roles or an overall fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants way of life?

And - is there fun in your relationship?

Describe you and your partner's relationship together! If you are dating, talk us about the single life out there!

Fantastic, Willowrock! Sounds like you two have it down and congrats on such a long marriage. You may have lots of advice for us!

I have been married for over thirty years. Up until 4 years ago, our marriage was very traditional, I was the head of the household and my wife cooked and cleaned. As of 4 years ago, we switched roles; I now am at home, cook, clean, laundry etc, while my wife manages our business and travels occasionally. It has worked wonderfully. We are both now happier than ever before!
