Hi Samantha

Thanks for your question.

Have you had no sex education whatsoever - from home or school? It's very concerning that you are married and have no idea about having babies or how to get pregnant. Do you come from a culture where a woman learning about sex and sexuality is frowned upon?

You need to have sex to have a baby and having it in all during the month is your best bet to becoming pregnant but particularly during your ovulation cycle - that normally happens mid month (about 11-18 days from the first day of your period).

Please take a look at our sex education articles for more information and let us know if we can help you further: http://www.empowher.com/reproductive-system/content/how-sex-works

I hope to hear more from you soon!
