Daliana gives advice to women who want to lose weight, but don't think they have the strength to accomplish this goal.
I think if I can do it, anybody can, and I was there. I was there where these women are. I know exactly how difficult it was and how many, I mean, all of the yo-yo dieting. I mean, I didn’t think it was ever going to come off, and it’s been six months since I have kept it off. And thanks to Dr. Cogan and trying to keep track of what I am eating and what I am putting in, and sure, I have my cheat days here and there, but I work out, you know, because I know that it really makes the difference.
I think anybody can do it if they just look at it as, it’s part of your life, it’s part of work. When you wake up in the morning, it should be part of your routine, what you do, what you put into your mouth, and what you, you know, eat throughout the day. What you do every day; that should be a part of that.
