Registered Dietitian Maria Kinirons explains why diet plans will work for some women, but not for all.

Registered Dietitian Maria Kinirons:
Because everybody is different. Everybody has different ways of doing things. Not only that, just from a physical perspective, people have different levels of muscle mass. Muscle mass contributes to metabolism, which helps burn calories. So depending on how much lean muscle you have, that will determine your metabolism and how many, how much weight you will lose.
