Cardiovascular activity is so important to help women lose weight and the reason being is you are not just exercising your heart, which is, of course, very important, you are also exercising in terms of burning those calories and burning that fat. When your body goes and burns off the immediate calories or the immediate calories that are available to them, then it goes into the stored fats and burns the fat.
So, upping your cardio level or getting yourself to a perceived exertion level where you are burning fat is so important.
