Well, fat-free does not always mean calorie-free. So, a lot of time there’s extra stuff put in there. Sugar, a lot of us times there is extra sugar, which is the culprit, and as you know, when you don’t burn off that sugar it gets stored as fat anyway. So, fat-free isn’t always the best way to eat.
