Laura explains how she tried to make herself feel better when she was overweight and depressed.
When I was overweight and depressed, I would shop and it would always make me feel good to buy for other people, my children; that was some of the things I did. I didn’t, I wasn’t like a big over-eater, that, I didn’t get depressed and then eat and then get depressed and then eat. I did other things like shop. I like to do that and buy for others, and I always felt better if they were dressed nice or could reap the benefit.
