Many people do not know about the many benefits that beans hold for us. Beans are so good for us that only green veggie’s come close to being as beneficial. They are high in protein, fiber and leptin. Fiber and leptin help us have that full feeling, so the more fiber and leptin in something the less of it we will eat.
