Weight Watchers® just lets you eat real food and helps you deal with everyday situations. For instance, you are still going to have your weddings, birthday celebrations to go to. You want to know how you can eat at those things, you know, without having to worry about, you know, that you have to be on a diet. We allow you to eat any food.
So if you want to eat your mom’s favorite coleslaw or potato salad, you can do that on Weight Watchers®. We teach you how to do that with certain strategies. Maybe you take smaller portions; maybe you trade your, the potato salad for something else that you are not that crazy about, like the ribs for instance. The bottom line is it really lets you be flexible. It allows you to just live your life.
