Dr. Low Dog explains why women should include fish oil in their diets.

Dr. Low Dog:
It helps stabilize the membranes, stabilize the plaque so that you’re less risk for having a recurrence of a heart attack. So, cheap for women because women with cardiovascular disease, you know, more of us die than men from our first heart attack, meaning prevention is critically important. So, I think most women should take an omega-3 supplement if she is not eating fish a couple of times a week.

Even the American Heart Association recommends that you have two servings or more of fish per week to protect your heart.
