Lois shares how she and her family felt about the care she received for her heart at Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona.

Lois:
My family was very, very pleased. One son is from Minnesota and he and the other son, who is from Colorado that were there, they had come in and they were so impressed. They couldn’t believe the care I got and the doctors and the interest that was put into it and they were just completely impressed with the whole thing.

And my one son is a paramedic with Fort Carson Fire Department, captain, and the other son, as a younger boy he did want to become a doctor. So they are both really into it and those two in particular were just so impressed by it.

I think that Banner gave me all the help that I needed, all the service that I needed. They were taking care of me constantly, had attention all the time. They were very, very interested in their jobs in what they were doing and also enough to motivate me to try walking again and try moving and, you know, sitting up and eating and completely interested in my welfare and getting better and I can’t say enough for the people at Banner Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona.
