My mother had come down from India to help me with the kids, especially the kids, because they are young and they need a lot of attention at home. My husband had taken some time off, and I have a tremendous network of friends who helped out with food and carpooling and stuff. So I did have help and you need that help. One should take all the help one gets because you need to focus on your health at that point of time.
