It's been proven. Heart disease is the number one killer among American women. But, what some doctors can't understand is how a teenager could get it.
Her name is Kyla Russell. She lives in Colorado Springs and is now 24 years old, living with heart disease.
Russell could be the next spokesperson for the American Heart Association. She tried out on Saturday morning but won't know for a while if she's chosen.
"My shirt just started bouncing", said Russell.
