My favorite alternative supplement for treatment of high blood pressure is L-arginine. This is essential acid, amino acid, which happens to have a natural effect of vasal dilating, okay? Aside from being a very effective anti-hypertensive agent, it also can serve as a great libido enhancer and a great erection enhancer in males, not necessarily something that our female audience may connect with, but everybody has a significant other in their lives and I think this is an important amino acid to consider for your father or husband or brother if they are having any issues.
