Dr. Svetlana Kogan believes that energy medicine will prove to be a very important means of healing in the future. She makes reference here to electromagnetic pulsation wave therapy which she says can use the vibrations of our own neurons to take part in the healing of our central nervous system. Energy medicine would also include acupuncture and Reiki, two modalities of treatment that have been becoming more familiar and more valued in our culture.

(Transcribed from video interview)

Dr. Kogan:
Electromagnetic pulsation wave therapy is using the vibrations produced by our own neurons to be able to detect and to deliver the frequencies appropriate to our central nervous system’s healing stage. This is a very, very revolutionary way of looking at things, and many of our patients are not familiar with energy medicine, but for those who are familiar with acupuncture and Reiki, those patients will find the concept of energy medicine, frequencies and vibrations to be something very comfortable and familiar, and it’s definitely something that I think the future of medicine, the future of medicine holds for us.
