Definitely, it also verified the fact that I was hypothyroid, which is what runs in my family and what I kind of always thought that I had, so, and I am always cold, cold hands, cold feet. I have to wear sweats to bed in the middle of the summer. So, yeah, it definitely confirmed a lot of things for me.
