Dyane explains how a double lung transplant is helping a 29-year-old mother of two who was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis.

Dyane:
There’s a young lady from our support group named Miranda who is 29, has two young children. I don’t remember exactly what the cause of her pulmonary fibrosis was, but she received a double lung transplant about five weeks ago and she just posted a picture on the board of her and her children and there she is, without her nose-hose, just as happy as can be and it’s just wonderful.

I want to thank everybody who donates an organ, whose families have donated because it does, it does give us hope, it does give us hope.
