Lisa Shares If She Is Glad She Used In Vitro Fertilization (VIDEO)

Lisa:

My boy today is 11 months. He is very active. He is now standing and destroying my house. I love that he is an in vitro baby just by the fact that he was out of my body twice. His egg was retrieved, the sperm made the embryo, he lived in a petri dish until day 5 or day 6 when he was transplanted back into my body and then I was able to have him come out of my body again and I just love that whole procedure. I am so thankful for medicine and I just think in vitro process is just, it’s incredible.

And when my doctor, my reproductive endocrinologist came to visit me in the hospital when my baby was born, she picked him up and said, “Oh, I knew you when you were an egg,” and I just loved that.
