Lisa:

I went through to vitro fertilization to have a baby because I had a history of histogram, which showed that I had a blocked tube. So ovulation, I would only ovulate when an egg would come down the channel every other month. So to do, and they can’t tell really which month you’re on, so to waste time with procedures such as IUI, an intrauterine insemination, was kind of a waste of time for me.

Also, suffering from autoimmune disease such as Crohn’s, I was in remission so I didn’t want to waste time with, “Is this the right month, is this the off month, is this the right month?” I just wanted to go to the big guns, to in vitro.
