Although the diagnosis of metastatic lung cancer is certainly a devastating diagnosis, we have made significant changes in the past few years. We have multiple new drugs. Patients can often live with this as a chronic disease condition. They continue to work. They continue to take care of their families and contribute to society. Certainly, life has changed for patients with lung cancer.
