Ingredients and Preparation

Flour1 cup
Sugar substitute½ cup
Baking powder1 teaspoon
Salt¼ teaspoon
Cinnamon¼ teaspoon
Nutmeg¼ teaspoon
Egg substitute½ cup
Fat-free milk2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil2 tablespoons
Blueberries2 cups
Blackberries2 cups
Water¾ cup
Orange peel, grated1 teaspoon
  1. Directions
  2. Combine flour, ¾ cup sugar substitute, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Combine eggs, milk, and oil. Stir into dry ingredients until moistened.
  4. Spread batter evenly into bottom of slow cooker.
  5. In saucepan, combine berries, water, orange peel, and ¾ cup sugar. Bring to boil.
  6. Remove from heat and pour over batter.
  7. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours until toothpick inserted into batter come out clean.
  8. Let cobbler rest for 30 minutes before serving with whipped topping or frozen yogurt.
