Ingredients and Preparation
|Hoisin sauce||1 tablespoon|
|Reduced-sodium soy sauce||1 tablespoon|
|Ground ginger||½ teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||¼ teaspoon|
|Boneless pork loin chops||2 (6-ounce)|
|Canola oil||2 teaspoons|
- In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, ginger, and garlic powder. Combine marinade and pork in a large plastic resealable bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to overnight.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook pork until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
