  2. Prepare grill.
  3. Combine thyme, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper. Rub onto both sides of the steak.
  4. Grill steak for 2-4 minutes on each side, or until desired degree of doneness is achieved. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Wash and scrub 2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes. Dice into large cubes, place in a small pot, and fill with water; cover and bring to a boil.
