Ingredients and Preparation

Apple juice1 cup
Cranberry cocktail juice1 cup
Salt½ teaspoon
Red pepper flakes½ teaspoon
Balsamic vinegar1 tablespoon
Fresh cilantro leaves¼ cup
  1. Directions
  2. Combine nectarines with juices, salt, pepper flakes, and vinegar in electric blender. Whirl until smooth and blended.
  3. Add cilantro leaves and whirl in a stop-and-go fashion a few seconds, just to chop.
  4. Serve chilled.
