Deanna Carlson:
We don’t even want them in our family. We have done a big transition in our household in the last two years. I can say that my husband and I and child, we eat very little trans-fat, we eat very little saturated fat at all in our diet.

We are probably around 5 to 8 a day, grams of saturated fat and zero trans-fats in what we eat. We have a very high fiber diet. We still do with dairy but it’s non-fat, low-fat dairy. Yeah, my husband has lost 30 pounds, I have lost 15 and my child is an ideal weight. We love it.
