Deanna Carlson:
Well here at St. Josephs, we want to get the very best and its $85. That consists of 50 minutes with me. We do your blood cholesterol which consists of a glucose as well as CRP and homocysteine which are the two markers that cardiologists do and American Heart Association recommends.

We also do an EKG of blood pressure. We do Body Mass Index. Body Mass Index is finding out your, if you’re in proportion, your weight is in proportion to your height. We also do a waist measurement.

We talk about diet, nutrition and exercise and we answer any questions that you might have. We also review what the signs and symptoms of a stroke and heart attack are. It’s a good personal 50 minutes with me, 50 to 60 minutes and I explain everything to you as we’re going along, of why each of those are important in good health.
