Dr. Dahiya:
The first thing ever told to them and that also sort of, you know, tells me what they are going to do is that, this is not a magic bullet. This is a tool in your hands. Can you make it work? And between the testing, between what you eye-to-eye have a contact with a person, what understanding they develop, you do develop an understanding that this is the person who really wants it and is going to make it happen, or the one who is just looking for, “Well, you know, let me see.” You know, and that’s where, you know, we right from day one start to figure out who is going to be successful, and I think that’s where my results probably come from.

Along with that, you know, we’ve been doing the operation for nine years, you know. We know the corners; which work, which don’t, which kinks are in need of straightening out and which are not, but I think the patient determination is going to make it successful.
