Whereas fibroids are not life-threatening, they can be life-altering. They can cause you to never wear white pants because of the risk of just, I’ve heard women talk about flooding that can happen, and unpredictably so from one menstrual cycle to another. The pain of sitting in an airplane seat on a long flight, knowing that you’re just going to have to get up and go to the bathroom so many more times because you’ve got something pressing on your bladder. There is very few people who live with fibroids successfully. I’d say it’s really going to take its toll the longer you let it grow.
