One of the other great dynamics and core philosophies of the Cancer Treatment Centers of America is built off of the dynamic of what we call the Mother Standard® and of course the Mother Standard® was really coined and generated by the vision and the passion and the purpose of our chairman whose mother died of cancer and that kind of facilitated this energy and this vision to create a very unique experience for any and all cancer patients who should darken the doors of the Cancer Treatments Centers of America through the basic idea that, number one, everybody is treated as if they are a family member and that they are being cared for and nurtured in a way that you would give to your mom, that you would make sure that her food is hot when it needs to hot and it is cold when it needs to be cold, that there is a responsiveness of attitude, a sense of gentleness, a sense of turning over any rock and any stone to make sure that she is getting the best possible treatment.

And what comes with that is a commitment to, obviously the best that technology and equipment and training can provide in terms of professionals who are skilled in their particular expertise of the subject of cancer whether it be from a medical perspective, with our oncologist, from a surgical perspective, obviously by our surgeons, down to our radiologists and radiation folks, even to the other modalities of our complementary alternative integrative model which includes nutritionistS, which includes naturopathic doctors, which includes mind-body counselors, includes physical therapy folks as well as the pastoral care department, that we are all highly trained, skilled, and passionate around the idea that when you put all of those dynamics in place in an integrative model under one roof and commit that to that individual as if they were your family member, you now have created an unstoppable force called the Mother Standard®, because at the end of the day you would do anything that it takes to make sure that your mom is well taken care of mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually and that is the driving force and that’s the foundation by which we stand upon at the Cancer Treatment Centers of America that drives us everyday to come and work and give our very best to every patient that we come in contact with.
