Deborah Kesten:
The most important eating style to really focus on to get control of your eating is emotional eating; is to get in touch with whether you are eating out of a healthy wonderful appetite and because you really feel like a food, and you really are looking forward to tasting it and eating it and enjoying it and eating out of positive feelings, or eating out of negative purposes, meaning you are depressed, angry, lonely, bored, tired.
