Kim:

Hi, My name is Kim and I wanted to share some of my sexual health story with all of you.

It actually started some, gosh, it’s been 23 years and I went through menopause on my 31st birthday. I cannot tell you how shocking that was to me. I actually thought it was a joke.

I went to my local physician and told him that I was experiencing hot flashes and a strange and sudden weight gain and that I felt very emotional and he said, “Gosh, it sounds like menopause,” and we thought that was hilarious and we laughed about it. And he sent me to an endocrinologist and sure enough, he confirmed that it wasn’t a joke at all; that I really was going through menopause.

Obviously this was not an easy story to tell...it took me over 20 years....I just wanted to offer to talk or communicate about any aspect of this directly with any one who is interested or thinks I might be of some assistance, or visa versa!Feel free to msg me.

I would find a doctor of sexual medicine or call Dr Irwin Goldstein's office in San Diego ASAP and if you arent able to see him and his staff I would see if they can refer you to someone locally - you dont want to do self diagnosis and there may be other factors........I waited way topo long and feel as if i could have addressed the side effects of aging years ago and didnt do it - also there are methods for addressing hormones and breast cancer safely

Dr Goldstein is at http://www.sandiegosexualmedicine.com/
contact info is on site

good luck and keep me posted if you can, Maku
