Dr. Ramsey:

It is called 2-hydroxyestrone level and 16-hydroxyestrone levels. Basically, they are metabolites of the harmful estrogen, and if you have a good ratio of 2-16, meaning a high number, then you are safe because there is a good and a bad. The 2 is good and the 16 is bad--more risky I should say--and so the higher that ratio is the safer you are. The lower it is, the more cleansing you need to do on your receptors so that the estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone you are taking is not causing undue risk to your body.
