Sometimes getting through a workout can be hard, and most of it is mental, so while you workout, THINK. Organize your schedule, work through problems and solve issues, like that house remodeling project. Whatever it is, just THINK. Not only will you have accomplished a great workout, but maybe your day and what you're going to do and how you're going to tackle it will be planned.
