I'm Not Okay, You're Perfect: Women Who Admire Too Much

Written by Aimee Boyle on November 18, 2009 - 5:13am

I think it starts between girls. The pretty one who looks a little too often in the mirror and innocently, at first, wants approval from her friends, asking: "Do you like the color of my eyes?" Or the smart one who want to show her sisters how much she has learned at school. The reactions may vary but a whole culture of disdain for the conceited behavior of girls quickly embeds itself into the psyche of young females and we learn to self deprecate, to put ourselves down and to admire our friends more than ourselves; this gives us what we, in the end, feel is a better deal; friendships and relationships.

Nocturnal Leg Cramps

Written by Aimee Boyle on November 18, 2009 - 4:55am

Nocturnal leg cramps, when translated, simply means "cramps in the legs that occur at night." For some, the cramps only occur at night while for other they occur at night and during the day. Nocturnal leg cramps are not gender specific and therefore can attack both men and women equally.

Burn More Fat With 20-Minute Workouts!

Written by Mark Dilworth on November 17, 2009 - 10:42pm

If you want to burn more fat, “ramp up” the intensity of your workouts to get more progress with your fat loss and weight loss! Questioning Genital Cosmetic Surgery

Written by Cathy Enns on November 17, 2009 - 8:37pm

Many people believe it’s a side effect of the availability of soft- and hard-core pornography in our society. Some say it started with some rude references to female genitalia by Howard Stern a few years back.
